Basic Award Points Rules:

  1. Only registered users can collect and redeem points.
  2. Points can be redeemed for shopping cart items only; shipping fee cannot be redeemed.
  3. 100 reward points = CAD $1.00
  4. There are three statuses shown in the Points history:
    • Pending: The order is being processed, but has not yet been delivered (completed).
    • Ready: Points are available for use.
    • Redeemed: Points have been used.

The table below shows the points collection rules:

Rule ID Collections Points Collected Note
1 Purchases Sub-total amount (tax and shipping fee are not calculated) For example, spent $125.12, then 125 points will be collected.
2 Accumulate Rewards. Every 5 Orders 500 Customers who place 5 orders will receive an additional 500 reward points, in addition to the points earned from each order.
3 In store review and feedback 100 / Per product Reward points for sharing experiences that are valuable to other customers, regardless of whether the feedback is positive or negative.
4 Social/Community Engagement 200 / Per topic Reward points for sharing shopping experiences, whether positive or negative, provided that the feedback includes a product or store link on social media.
5 Compensatory Unspecified Some points may be awarded to compensate for unreasonable delays, service issues, etc.
6 Referrals 1000 Existing customers will receive reward points for successfully referring a new customer.
7 Missing Product 300 Rewards will be granted for suggesting missing products relevant to our business.
8 Others Unspecified

Product inventory and prices may change over time. To receive updates automatically, use our Save for Later feature. You will be notified whenever a saved product is back in stock or its price changes.
