Customer has to read the following conditions before requesting the return shipping label. The Shipping Label will be sent to your email only once submit the form.
Return Label Usage
1. The return shipping label is intended only for the items in delivered order for return/replacement.
2. The label must be used on the same delivered package (or same size and weight). Attach it securely to the original package and remove or cover any old shipping labels.
3. Package all returned items securely to prevent damage during transportation.
4. Return package must be dropped off one of the locations that listed on the return label email that you will received.
Basic Order Information
Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. Refund eligibility remains subject to the applicable return policy and the condition of the returned items.
