CNC Handwheel shows disconnected

Try to use the handwheel, but it awsys show 'Status: disconnected', the board is woking just fine. Is there any other configuration to use the handwheel?

Hi Andy, 

There are no settings to configure on the handwheel. Just plug it in and use it. Normally, there are two possible reasons for this issue:

  1. Please make sure the cable is plugged in properly.
  2. There is a setting on the control board itself: $47 = 0 disables the RJ12 port, while $47 = 1 enables it. Please make sure this setting is correct.
