Are dimensional drawings or STEP files available for any of the products you sell? From what I can tell, I get access to them when after I purchase a product, which is exceedingly abnormal. I'd like to make sure that the parts you're selling will work in my application before purchasing, not after.
Hi, I'm not quite sure what you mean by “any of the products.” If you're asking about a specific product, we can check with the manufacturer or vendor to see if they have STEP files available to share for free.
What we currently do is publish the product dimensions on the product page whenever that information is available. If you need to check the dimensions before purchasing, we're definitely happy to provide them if they're missing from the page.
