Hi, I think you are asking about using a 1605 ball screw with a BK12 mount and C-beam.

It is very difficult to use a 1605 ball screw with C-beam, since the screw nut is relatively large (the standard diameter is Ø28 mm) and does not fit well within the 40 mm slot. In fact, we typically use a 1204 ball screw as the solution.

Regarding the mount, BK12 or BK10 are also not suitable for C-beam. We use a custom dual-bearing mounting bracket instead.

In case a 1605 ball screw is mandatory (since it is stronger than 1204), you may consider the 15100-based extruder set, which includes customized end plates, linear rails, and ball screws with motor mount bracket etc.
