Full Payment vs. Pre-order

For some products, limited specifications, product photos, or other information may pose potential purchase risks. Customers may consider two payment options: Full Payment or Pre-Order for these products.

  • Full Payment: Pay the full price and wait for delivery.
  • Pre-Order: Pay a minimal deposit of the full price to pre-order the product. This option allows customers to preview the product in detail, reducing purchase, return, and refund risks. Once we receive the Pre-order, the following steps will be taken:
    1. Our team will review the customer’s questions or requests (‘Order Notes’) and contact the manufacturer or parts supplier for more details about the product, such as additional product images, actual product photos, detailed specifications, user manuals, or answers to any other concerns.
    2. Once we receive feedback from the manufacturer or parts supplier, we will provide the information to the customer for the next step: either cancel the purchase (and receive a refund of the pre-order amount) or proceed with the purchase (pay the remaining balance).
  • Please note the following when placing a Pre-order:
    1. Customers must be registered users, not ‘Guests.’
    2. Customers should include detailed requests in the ‘Order Notes’ during checkout, such as: ‘Model number’, “Need more detailed specifications,” “Need more actual product photos,” etc.
    3. The first three Pre-order amount will be fully refunded per customer per year if the customer decides not to purchase the product after pre-ordering. After three Canceled Pre-orders, the Pre-order amount will no longer be refunded per customer per year.
