Important Notice:
Due to the recent new tariff events, our supplier vendors and shipping partners have to adjust prices frequently. We are trying to keep up with these changes in our system; unfortunately, there are still gaps between the market changes and system updates. Furthermore, some of our suppliers located in the US are temporarily stopping the acceptance of our orders due to the higher shipping cost. This may cause some of the orders to not be accepted by our system.
Some of the ongoing orders are facing significant delays, especially those shipped by the vendor. We would like to kindly remind our customers to understand the current situation and continue to support our business.

- Except for items shipped from manufacture/vendor, all other items are shipping from Canada warehouses, including those with our partners, DIYCNC.ca. Shipping time will depend on your location and Inventory Status (The estimated shipping time should be under each of the items.).
- One shipment per order.
- The default shipping class is shown under each product to indicate its location and in-stock status. Customers have the option to use the default shipping class or choose another shipping class when checking out. For example, an item’s default shipping class might be ‘Ship from Manufacturer’, with a shipping time of 10-15 days. However, customers can choose ‘Ship from Canada’ (Domestic Shipping) to save on shipping costs (from faster air freight to longer ocean freight).
- Tracking. Our system connects with most of the couriers system to update the shipping status. Registered customers can track it from: My Account- Orders menu to get the latest status. Delivered order will be marked as ‘Completed’. Any damaged, lost, or missing item must be reported and claimed within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged or broken package boxes should be rejected upon delivery, or you should take pictures of the damaged or broken box before opening the packages so that we can process the compensation with the shipping company. DIYCNC.ca will not process any delivery issues reported after 48 hours of the order being marked as “Completed” (Delivered).
- For customers outside of Canada, please be aware that our store does not collect you local shopping taxes, such as VAT, ST, or customs duties, as part of your order. Any applicable taxes or duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

Due to frequent changes in international shipping costs, our shipping and delivery fees may change without further notification. The actual shipping cost will be calculated/displayed when checking out your order.
