Basic Award Points Rules:
- Only registered users can collect and redeem points
- Points can be redeemed for shopping cart items only; shipping fee cannot be redeemed.
- 100 reward points = CAD $1.00
- There are three statuses of shown in the the Points history:
- Pending: The order is being processed, but has not yet been delivered (completed)
- Ready: Points are avaiable for use
- Redeemed: Points have been used.
The table below shows the points collection rules:

| 3 | In store review and feedback | 100 / Per product | Reward points for sharing experiences that are valuable to other customers, regardless of whether the feedback is positive or negative. |
| 4 | Social/Community Engagement | 200 / Per topic | Reward points for sharing shopping experiences, whether positive or negative, provided that the feedback includes a product or store link on social media. |
| 5 | Compensatory | Unspecified | Some points may be awarded to compensate for unreasonable delays, service issues etc. |
| 6 | Referrals | 1000 | Existing customers will receive reward points for successfully referring a new customer. |
| 7 | Missing Product | 300 | Rewards will be granted for suggesting missing products relevant to our business. |
