Some products in our store are categorized as “Standalone” products, which means they cannot be shipped together with other items due to packaging considerations.
Since Canada is one of the largest countries in the world, shipping costs vary significantly depending on distance. For example, customers who are located closer to our warehouse should pay lower shipping fees.
Currently, 3D printer filament is assigned as a standalone product. If filament is added to your shopping cart, no other products can be added. Conversely, if other products are already in the cart, you will not be able to add filament and will receive an error notification.
In fact, this approach helps reduce shipping costs for local customers.
Under our current shipping policy, GTA customers receive the minimum shipping rate for filament orders. For example, shipping fee will stop increasing when purchasing 5 or 6 rolls of filament (depending on whether they are refill rolls or spool packs).
