This feature is probably the main reason we spent time creating this forum. While serving our Canadian DIY market for over a year, I met many users looking for cheaper products—both new and used—because they are just starting to learn. On the other hand, we have experienced customers who have upgraded and want to sell their old parts or machines. We have all this information, but how do we connect our experts and beginners in a way they can trust?

Obviously, we are not eBay or Kijiji. As an online store, we don't have a system for second-hand sales. Our biggest challenge is protecting our users' privacy. For example, if User A wants to sell a motor and User B wants to buy one, we know both of their addresses and emails, but we cannot share that private information.

We are still thinking about the best way to help you connect... let's think about it some more and looking for suggestion.
