- Items may be returned for a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase if the item hasn’t been used and if defects are present.
- Please contact us first to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from DIYCNC.ca, otherwise, the request will be denied. Due to higher international transportation cost and low-profit, DIYCNC.ca may refuse any return/replacement request for any non-quality-related reason. Customers will pay the return/replacement shipping cost. However, DIYCNC.ca may consider assigning a coupon code to customer to reduce return and replacement costs.
- After the 14-day return/refund window, the item may be under manufacturer warranty, if any exist. You may return to our Canada/US warehouse for repair or replacement. Please contact us to verify the item return policy before you do so.
- Physically damaged products are not returnable. Please notify the shipper immediately if you received merchandise damaged through shipments.
- DIYCNC.ca may also accept the return/replacement request for any open-box products, which are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- The return address will be an US or Canada warehouse address if the products shipped from Canada or USA warehouse IF the items are in-stock items and sold by DIYCNC. Items were shipped or ordered from oversea manufacture/vendor may return to our US or Canada warehouse if the vendor is our partner. The international shipping cost will not be refund in any reason.
- DIYCNC.ca may accept the return or replacement of defective items as part of the order. If a coupon was used for the order, the coupon value may be deducted from the refund.
- The following items/products/services are subject non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized Parts
- On-Sale, Clearance and Special Offer Items
- The individual item(s) of the entire order will be refunded if the item(s) are out of stock. However, the entire order cannot be returned or refunded after 14 days from the delivery date (or partial delivery) due to individual items being out of stock.
- The payment fee (~3%) will not be refunded for order cancellation, but it may be eligible for reimbursement towards your next purchase.
- During the review of new order, we may cancel the unconfirmed order without notification (no payment will be taken):
- Item(s) are out of stock
- The shipping address is undeliverable
- The actual shipping cost has changed
- Supplier Vendors cannot provide the service
- The ordered items do not seem to be for a personal DIY project.
- Any other reason we believe the order is not processable.
Note: All dates described in the policy will be based on our system records (tracked under the ‘My Account’ > ‘Orders’ menu for registered users). Users may or may not receive status update emails.
