Customizable Ball Screw Ordering

As relatively accurate motion system components, Ball Screw has multiple usage, styles and models. To satisfy those verity usage, we provide a flexible way to order the Ball Screw. Please see picture below as sample:

  • Step 1: Select Ball Screw Model. The model is identified by the screw diameter, refer to the datasheet on the product page for detail.
  • Step 2: Select Ball Screw Length (End-End Length, including machined sections if have). The option is per Centimeter (CM), enter the length (CM) in the Qty box. The maximum length available is 200cm, so the maximum qty should be 200. If ordering multiple ball screws, repeat the same operation for each. (To avoid transmission deformation, thinner screw should not to be too long in most use case, especially when mounted in a horizontal position. )
  • Step 3: Option. Standard two Ends Processing. Enter qty ‘1’ in the Qty box for single ball screw. This is the machined section on the ball screw for standard mounting seats. ‘Standard’ means the two Ends process will be based on support BK/BF, EK/EF, FK/FF ball screw mounting seats. However, if you want to use different mounting seats, please specify the detail in the ‘Order Notes’ during checking out. The machined section on the ball screw is not mandatory if you are using different mounting options.
  • Step 4: Chose the Nut. (The product picture shows a sample, the nut is not attached to the actual product). We strongly recommend that the ball screw and nut come from same vendor to reduce the connection gap, especially for this hobbyist used products. However, you can sill purchase ball screw and nut separately from different vendors or you are not using the standard Nut. Btw, the Nut can also be sold individually as a replacement your old Nut.

For example, if you are ordering 2 x 90cm end-to-end length 1605 base screws, with standard ends process and nuts, the shopping cart will look this:
