So far, we only accept Credit Card (USA and Canada) and Interac e-Transfer (Canadian funds transfer service between Canadian Banks). If using Interac e-Transfer, please send money to [email protected], and send the passcode in a separate email or via live chat. Customers who use Canadian Interac e-Transfer will receive a 2% coupon code for their next purchase.
The Credit Card fee (~3%) will not be refunded if you request to cancel your order, in order to deter casual purchases and prevent payment fraud. But, It can be reimbursed for next purchase.
The privacy and security of our customers are paramount — all payment information is secured through a secure payment gateway and is not stored on our website. Furthermore, we do not share customer information with any third parties.
Once DIYCNC.ca receives an order, we will review the order items to check their inventory status, quantity, and quality to ensure they are ready to ship. Credit Card will only be charged once the order has been confirmed.
