- Order Modifications: Your payment will not be processed for 8 hours once you put an order. During this period, you can modify or delete items, or cancel your order. Our team will also review and verify your order to ensure inventory availability, shipping times, and overall reasonableness.
- Credit Card Fee: The Credit Card fee (~3%) will not be refunded if you request to cancel your order. This policy helps deter casual purchases and prevent payment fraud. However, the fee can be reimbursed on your next purchase.
- Payment Denial or Refund: Your payment may be denied or refunded for any reason without prior notification. Examples include, but are not limited to: out-of-stock items, poor product quality, transportation delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: By completing a transaction with our store, you acknowledge that:
- You understand and agree that once a payment is authorized and processed, it cannot be reversed by you through a chargeback or payment dispute.

- You agree that if you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with our store, you may be subject to penalties, including but not limited to account suspension, legal action, and reimbursement of any costs associated with the chargeback process.
